Wild & Steamy contains a Disillusionists novella about Sophia and the Monk (it stands completely alone, but it’s technically 2.5, with the action happening after Double Cross). There’s also an Iron Seas novella by Meljean Brook and a werefox novella by Jill Myles!

International editions
 International readers have emailed looking for English language Double Cross downloads & Mind Games downloads, which have been unavailable outside North America and related areas. Until now!! 

Now both books are available without geo restriction from more than 50 international ebook sellers, or direct from Untreed Reads. (Head Rush is available internationally through most major venues)

Like many Americans, I am a great fan of TV. So as you can imagine, I’m beyond thrilled that the Disillusionists has been optioned by the production company Fishbowl Media for possible development for TV.  

Yippee! When something gets optioned, it’s not actually sold. It’s more like the rights are rented for a year or so. Fishbowl Media would use this time to develop and pitch the show. Sometimes these options just run out and nothing happens at all. Still, it’s thrilled and I can’t wait to learn more about what they envision. Fingers crossed, baby! 

UPDATE: Alas, it looks like the disillusionists won’t be a TV show next year. Oh well, it was really really fun to think about! Sorry, men and women who I dream-cast into various roles, you will have to go be stars elsewhere! And thanks everyone for keeping your fingers crossed! 

GHOST STORY. This September my first-ever ghost story will appear in the MAMMOTH BOOK OF GHOST ROMANCE! "Old Salt" is about a snarky woman tour guide who wishes that a certain strapping young sea captain who died in 1870 had a less pathetic haunting technique. More in books...
